NPC offers asset management services through a related entity known as Travis Street Partners.
Our principals were active in the acquisition and management of RTC assets during the last substantial real estate market correction as well as managing and working out loan assets for the RTC. As a result we are quite familiar with those processes.

Property and REO Management - Travis Street Partners can help you with management of real estate properties or management of the marketing process for those properties. This includes identifying and managing real estate agents to effectively market your property in a difficult environment.

Construction Completion %u2013 As private lenders or rehabbers our principals and/or employees have overseen numerous construction projects and can help you bring a property to completion and get it on the market in a reasonable time frame and at fair pricing.
